Your first appointment is the start of something we’ll build over time. A discovery session to gather information and determine the best path forward.
Everyone’s hair is unique to them, with many factors that will impact results. At each appointment, we’ll piece together the puzzle to create a beautiful canvas.
It is a process and I value your trust in that!
What To Expect:
We’ll take the time to talk through your goals, your hair history, and what your hair can safely handle.
From there, we’ll create a plan. Not just for today, but for the long term. Not everything needs to happen in one visit. The best results are often built over time through a series of intentional appointments.
Your service will always be customized to you - your hair, your features, and what will create the most natural, long-lasting result.
The Experience
Studio Process is a one-on-one,
appointment-only experience.
There’s no overlap, no rushing,
just full attention on you and your experience in the chair.
The approach is thoughtful, with
long-term results in mind.
The atmosphere is relaxed and clean.
Hitting all the senses; soft music that takes you away,
gentle fragrance throughout,
coffee & snack bar,
and so much more.
Some appointments are filled with conversation, others are quieter.
Both have their place here.
It is a space built on trust, kindness,
respect, and a shared understanding of
what we’re creating together.
Booking Process
Appointments are submitted as requests through the online booking system.
Each request is reviewed to ensure the correct service and timing have been selected.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your appointment is approved. If any adjustments are needed, you’ll be contacted before it’s finalized.
If you don’t receive a confirmation, your appointment has not been successfully booked.
You’ll be prompted to fill out electronic New Client Forms as well as review the Salon Policies Page, please review before your appointment.
Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent through the online booking system. Please ensure your notifications are enabled so you don’t miss important updates.

Service Menu Summary:
Blonding
Full Custom Highlight: A more complete blonding service to create or fully refresh dimension throughout the entire head. Best for first-time appointments, larger changes, or when your color needs a reset.
If it has been 3+ months since your last highlight, a Full Custom Highlight is likely needed to properly refresh your color and achieve the best result.
Partial Custom Highlight: Brightness and dimension through the top and sides. Best for maintaining your overall look between visits.
Mini Custom Highlight: A subtle refresh around the hairline. Best for maintaining your color between larger appointments.
Finishing (Optional Add-On)
Blowdry and styling are not included in blonding services.
Blow Dry Finish: basic blow dry for smooth, polished finish
Blow Dry + Curling Iron Finish: blow dry finished with curling iron
Color Maintenance
Root Maintenance: single process for grey coverage or regrowth.
Root Maintenance + Gloss Refresh: For root coverage with a refresh for fading ends.
Root Maintenance + Gloss + Blowdry: A complete color maintenance appointment with a finished style.
Root Maintenance + Gloss + Signature Haircut: A complete color maintenance paired with a haircut and finished style.
Gloss
A tone and shine refresh when your color feels slightly off, but doesn’t need lightening.
If your hair is longer or thicker, select the Gloss + Extra Product option.
Haircuts
Signature Haircut: Best for fine to medium density hair or appointments that fit within one hour.
Signature Haircut (Extended Time): Recommended for thicker, longer, or higher-density hair or larger changes.
Fade / Clipper Cut: For short, clipper-based styles such as fades, tapers, and closely cropped hair.
