Salon Policies & FAQ’s
To create a smooth, respectful experience for every guest, a few policies are in place. These guidelines protect the time, energy, and experience of both the stylist and every guest in the space.
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these policies.
Respecting the Space
Studio Process Hair Salon is a respectful, inclusive space!
Kindness, communication, and respect are all an important part of the experience here. Disrespectful behavior or disregard for professional guidance may result in refusal of service.
This space is best suited for those who are open to guidance and value a collaborative, easygoing experience.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 50% of the services reserved.
Appointments adjusted prior to the 24-hour window will not be charged.
Cancellations must be made via text or through your online booking account.
Voicemails are not monitored and therefore voicemail cancellations are not accepted.
Child Policy
Children receiving services are welcome.
For safety and to maintain a focused environment, children not receiving services are not permitted in the salon.
If childcare cannot be arranged, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Communication/Booking
Studio Process Hair Salon operates through text and online booking using Vagaro.
If you call and leave a voicemail, you will not receive a response.

Messages are responded to within 24–48 hours.
Online Booking Requests
All online bookings are submitted as requests.
Your appointment time is held once your request is submitted and will be reviewed before confirmation.
If your services are booked correctly, your appointment will be approved.
If adjustments are needed, you will be contacted prior to confirmation.
All appointment confirmations, approvals, and reminders are sent through the online booking system and aren’t directly sent by your stylist
It is the guests responsibility to ensure that contact information is correct and that notifications are enabled. Missed messages due to disabled notifications do not exempt you from cancellation or no-show policies.
Parking & Finding the Salon
The salon is located at the front of a multi-unit building with a single-lane driveway leading to guest parking.
Once parked, walk up the driveway. The salon door is closest to the street.
The door handle is heavy — if you’re unsure if it’s locked, just knock and I’ll come get you!
Appointment Timing
Appointments are scheduled intentionally and begin at the confirmed start time.
If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time.
If you are running late, please text the salon with your estimated arrival time.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being adjusted or canceled and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Appointment Preparation
For color, balayage, or highlighting services, please arrive with clean, dry hair (washed within 1–2 days).
Hair that is excessively dirty or heavily coated in product may prevent services from being performed and could result in a cancellation fee.
For best results, arrive wearing your hair as you typically do.
Please avoid tight ponytails or buns prior to your appointment.
Please no hard collars or bulky hoods - these may interfere with your service. Wearing an undershirt is recommended so layers can be removed easily.

Service Adjustments & Pricing
Due to the custom nature of hair services, additional time or product may be required.
Any necessary adjustments will be discussed during your consultation.
